The Tom Mark Foley scandal is just bringing out the worst in people.
Repubs are trying to excuse this guy’s behavior by saying that the communicating page in question was actually 18 when his online encounter with Foley took place.
What’s worse, Foley, in reality, was a Democrat!?!?! Talk about disowning…
Raincoaster’s posted a snippet to one of the infamous IM exchanges. Make sure you haven’t eaten before reading…
Another thing to consider: not only is Mr. Foley a scumbag, but he’s may have singlehandedly set back progress for gay rights by about 50 years.
Nice of him to stick it to his own kind…no pun intended.

I couldn’t believe that … Fox labelling Foley as a Democrat. Oh — wait. Yes I could. It’s FOX afterall.
My favorite so far has been New Gingrich’s explanation … that they couldn’t have acted on this before, because they might have offended gay people.
First, who the hell does he think he is kidding? Republicans concerned about offending gay people? LMAO!
Second, more importantly … this scandal isn’t because Foley was hitting on men … it’s because he was hitting on BOYS. Idiot. (not you, Newt 
)

So, even when the Repubs think they’re doing the right thing by not upsetting the gay people, they still end up doing their best to make them look bad in the eyes of others.
That’s our Newt. Making the GOP into a shining example of tolerance for everyone…
BTW, I’ve corrected my mistake up above, thanks to a mention in this blog. Unlike Faux news, I’m more than happy to redress myself when an error is made on my part.
