So, I went poking around the top WordPress posts and found that #2 on the list today is from Stuff White People Like. It’s about “Having Gay Friends“.
It would be easy for me to say that much of the discussion there is true and spot on, blah blah blah. And I can deal with satirical aspect of it as well. But I found that some of the comments expressed (and there were many) afterward were closer to my own experiences than that described in the initial post.
I’d go on more about this, but it will have to be saved for another time, as I’m digressing from my actual topic here.
In this particular comment section, folks came out of the woodwork to promote their own blogs, proclaiming their knowledge of items their own little corners of the world are fond of. I figured I’d collect them to give them all equal time, and if you, dear reader, know of others, you could add them to this list.
